3rd Grade Reading and Social Studies
A little about me? I grew up in San Antonio with 4 brothers and 3 sisters, one of which is my twin. I am 6'4' tall and attended Texas A&M University on a basketball scholarship where I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education. I am certified to teach pre-k through 4th grade. For the past 12 years, I have taught mostly 2nd and 3rd grade. I love teaching. I was nominated as Teacher of the Year for my campus in 2008 and 2010 before acquiring 4 years of experience as an instructional coach for pre-k through 5th grade teachers.
I am very excited and thankful to be a part of the Memorial Elementary team where I look forward to growing as a teacher while making memories and facilitating a successful learning environment.
