hello friend

My name is Judy Christine Morales, and I am thrilled to begin my 1st year teaching third grade here at Seele Elementary.  I taught 3rd grade for several years. I also held positions such as RtI teacher, RtI Facilitator, and Academic Trainer. In addition, I served as a Lead Mentor, helping novice teachers and students.

Here is a bit about my background. I usually say I belong to three continents: I was born in England (Europe); I grew up in Guyana (South America); I am a citizen of the United States of America (North America). I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Texas, San Antonio (UTSA). I also earned a Master of Education in Instructional Design from Western Governors University (WGU). I have recently completed a Principal as an Instructional Leader Certification program at UT Arlington.

I have a wonderful husband, Ramon; we've been happily married for 31 years. We have 3 amazing children; Brian- graduated from UTSA (Computer Science); Stephen-also graduated from UTSA (Psychology)- he is a Child Protected Services (CPS) Investigator; Mariah graduated from Texas State (Theatre Production).

Teaching is my calling and passion! I believe that education is a great avenue to success. I have high expectations for all my students.  I will do my best to ensure that all students learn in a fun, safe, and nurturing environment that includes parents as partners.
